The texts, photographs, videos and visuals on this website belong to the association or to their authors. Partner logos remain the property of their owners and appear here with their consent. Any reproduction requires the written permission of the association.

Personal data

This website sets no cookies and uses no audience measurement or advertising tools. So there is nothing to accept or refuse when you arrive on the site.

The forms on the Support us and Join the team pages send nothing to a server: they prepare an email in your own mail application, which you are free to send or not. The information you send us is used only to reply to you. It is never sold or passed on.

How long we keep it

• Partnership request: for the duration of the partnership, then three years after our last exchange.
• Application to join the team: for as long as you take part in the team; if it is not accepted, two years at most after our last exchange.
• Other messages: one year after our last exchange.

After these periods, the emails and the information they contain are deleted.

Your rights

At any time, you can find out what information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to its use, restrict its use or receive a copy of it. Just write to communication@eigsiformulateam.fr. We reply within one month at most.

If our reply does not satisfy you, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority, at cnil.fr.

Third-party services

The access map is loaded from Google Maps only if you click to display it. That click counts as consent: Google may then set its own cookies and applies its own privacy rules. To refuse, simply do not click, and the address remains readable without the map.

Donations go through HelloAsso, and the links to our social networks and to our partners' websites lead to external sites, which have their own terms.
